REFUND & RETURN POLICY FOR AQ MULTI-STOREY CAR PARK
At AQ Multi-Storey Car Park, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your parking experience or require a refund, please review our refund and return policy outlined below.
Refunds for Parking Services
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only for pre-booked parking through our online webshop.
To request a refund, the booking must be cancelled before the scheduled parking time. Refunds cannot be processed after the booked parking time has passed.
Refunds are only issued through the NMI user admin account. eCommerce does not support refunds for subscriptions or pay-per-use (PPU) bookings.
2. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, customers must contact our customer support team via email at info@tiernan-properties.ie or by calling our customer service number.
In the email, please provide your booking reference number, vehicle registration number, and the reason for your refund request.
Upon confirmation of eligibility, refunds will be processed through the NMI user admin platform.
3.Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date the refund request is approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exemptions
Non-refundable Services: Certain services, including long-term parking packages or special offers, may not be eligible for refunds unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Circumstances: Refunds will not be granted in cases where the customer did not use the parking services due to reasons such as changes in travel plans, missed bookings, or personal circumstances that do not align with our refund policy.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel their bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled parking time to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on the terms associated with the specific booking.
