Terms & Conditions

We would like to assure you that we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our users. We will ensure that the information you provide us with is kept private and confidential, and we will only use it to provide the services you request.

Operating/Applicable Hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 7pm to 9am
• Saturday to Sunday: 7pm to 11am
• Sunday to Monday: 7pm to 9am

Overnight Parking Rate:

A flat rate of €10 applies for parking exclusively during the overnight period as defined above.

Outside of Overnight Hours:

Parking outside the designated overnight period is charged at the standard hourly rate.

Example Charges:

For clarity, if a vehicle enters at 8:45pm and exits at 9:15pm the following day, the charges are calculated as follows:

• 8:45pm to 9:00am: €2.50 (standard hourly rate)
• 9:00pm to 9:00am: €10 (overnight rate)
• 9:00 to 9:15am: €2.50 (standard hourly rate)
• Total: €15

Access Restrictions:

Access to the multi-storey car park is restricted during the following hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 10:00pm to 8:00am
• Sunday and Bank Holidays: 8:00pm to 10:00am

Emergency Vehicle Access:

• In case of an emergency requiring vehicle access outside of trading hours, please contact MCM Security at 021-4533930.
• A call-out fee of €100 will apply in addition to any parking charges incurred.
